New here...

Picked up my 3DR 2009 Focus Titanium 1.8 TDCi (25k Miles), 2 weeks ago.

Just have a few questions.

Tonight, I noticed a shudder when I was accelerating in 2nd & 3rd gear so stopped and revved and there is a shudder. Engine was started 5 minutes earlier so maybe because its cold? Not noticed this in the 2 weeks I've had it (500 miles)

Next, Is the windows!! Think its because of the 3dr (Bigger doors/windows), but my windows rattle once opened on every bump! Does anybody's 3dr do this?

Think that's it for now! Love the car, gone from a 2011 Polo 3 cylinder to this tank :lol:

    Hey mate i can't comment on the shudder but having a 3dr myself i have never experienced a window rattle

    The first thing I would do with the shudder issue is buy yourself a can of BG244 cleaner to give it a good clean out, done this with mine and it sorted it. :)

    That could be good! Means it can be sorted :)

    Gonna get some of this! Looked up on it, sounds good.

    Another area to check could be the engine mounts.

    Think it would happen all the time if it was this?

    Window rattle booked in with Ford tomorrow under 30 day warranty...

    I'll wait for the phone call saying "There's no rattle" :rolleyes:
