Hello All

I have a 55 plate Focus and when i put the key in to open it it dose not unlock the key turns fully to the left and back to the right fine but its a if nothing is connected anymore?

Dose anyone know if there is a "how to" for getting in to this if there is a way fixing this issue? if not tips welcome!

if you have the same problem I had [very common] you need a long screw driver to position in the right place through the top of the grill died center just above the badge.

Is there any pic's any where so I know I am hitting the right thing? lol (I have visions of lots of holes under the bonnet lol) it a case of as the bonnet is shut I can't see in my mind what I have to do? lol this is going to be fun!

When i attempt it at the weekend I will take some pics for future generations I think

Like catch says just needs a shove dont have to hit it hard theres a black grommet covering the white piece hit says to hit you dont have to remove this just place screwdrive on it and push if you pull the grill at any time this will pop out anti tamper once you have done it once youll know what to do in future takes seconds to do .
