Rear Lights

Featured Replies

Just wondering, I need some helps

Now I'm looking to put new rear lights into my 52 plate Ford Fiesta MK6.

Just wondering would the rear light of a 57 plate fiesta go straight on the back of them? Are the electrics all the same and the mounts the same?

Hi Daniel, the lights aren't a straight swap, I've been looking to do the same to mine for a while now but the face lift ones don't have light boards like the pre facelifts have. They have bulb holders that the wiring goes directly to and they plug into the light cluster. Also the wiring is different too. As you will have noticed the face lift has two reverse lights and two rear fog lights where as the pre facelift only has one of each. Not sure but i think it should just be a case of running wires from one side to the other and vice versa to get power to the side that didnt have a bulb in the first place. Not tried it yet but hopefully i can sourse a set or rear lights soon and try it.
