hi guys I'm posting here cause i can't post in technical area please don't shout at me lol, my friend has a 51 plate petrol fiesta with a speedo problem, the car had a flat battery so we jump started the car all fine but after check in the gauges the rev counter needle is sat right round at 140 mph? any ideas.

    Sounds to me like you could have an issue with the speedo or the VSS... Does the rev counter jump as well?
