Has anyone on here owned a 1.6 ti vct.Going to test drive one on monday.It's a titanium 38k on a 56 plate and one owner with fsh.But i think it's a bit overpriced at £6395

yeah i have one nice car mine has the climate pack fsh as well if im honest it does sound overpriced for a mk2 youll get one with a slightly higher mileage say 50k and ive seen them for 5k to 5800 so id be seeing how much they want to take off if they want 6k id walk away the mpg isnt great and the road tax isnt overly cheap by todays standards so haggle check the boot for leaks check the sills for peeling paint or touch ups

That would give you a reasonable guide to work from.

Costs a couple of quid to do but gives you a better idea of what you should be paying.

I've got one, in the Ghia spec, lovely car to drive and own IMO, Mine is on a 54 plate and i paid 4k with 37 thousand miles back in September, but considering the age i would say it wasnt bad.
