Setting Up Auxiliary Connection On Radio?

Featured Replies

Hi all,

New member here. I've had a Fiesta for a few months, after years of suffering through random rubbish French cars, but until now I haven't really had time to have a proper look at all the little features. My radio has an 'aux' option, and after a bit of googling I heard that there might be an auxiliary socket in the glove box, but unfortunately there isn't. There is a little square in the corner of the glove box that looks like it could be used for that, but it seems I'll have to do it all myself, but I don't really have a clue and couldn't find much information online. Does anyone know what I'd need to do to enable me to set up the aux connection?

Also, on a bit of an unrelated topic, my cigarette lighter doesn't seem to work at all, does anyone have any idea why? I appreciate I might sound like a bit of a noob, but any help would be great.

Thanks,

Huw

RE lighter the fuse has probs gone

RE AUX you can get the kit directly from frod themselves i think. Other people have used a USB music box. See here
