I've the Titanium 08 model (5 door) with chrome surround lower grille but think that the lower grille on the Zetec S looks loads better. Also finishes the look having the spoiler. The link states that the front spoiler is not available on 4 door? is it a different front bumper to the 3 door version then? can't see why it wouldn't fit.
