Crunching Noise Especially When Turning

So in the past week my fiesta has been making a horrible crunching sound, especially when i'm turning though it does continue when going straight, and idea what this could be? Also I have only had the car for two monthes, bought from a Ford dealership and when checking my car over due to the crunching noise I noticed i had very very little oil, and the dealership had promised they checked it over, will this have affected it?

    Sounds like it could be a CV joint issue, check the CV joint rubbers are not broken and/or oil protruding through?

    Took it up today, turns out it had a broken strut covered in oil, so both problems solved in one.

    Luckily since I only got it 2 monthes ago I could get it under warranty. No money changed hands :)
