Thanks, do you know anyone that has done a tutorial about it or a step by step guide to do this?

Don't know of you've done it yet, but I've got a 2003 fiesta and I have just bought a pair of the facelift headlights

They are exactly the same fitment as the original headlights

To change them, you just have to remove the headlight unit (like if your changing the bulb)
