I need a new rear bumper , do they come painted from the factory ,

or do the ford garage have to paint them.

    I *Think* that they come primed ready for painting. You can take them to a bodyshop which will be cheaper than the dealer, but might not be the exact colour code? Depends where you go to really..

    I'd look on eBay for same colour bumper...be cheaper then getting new 1

    They come from Ford primed ready for painting, though you can get them pre painted they're not really great quality.

    You'd be looking at paying £250+ for a primed bumper from Ford so eBay/breakers would be your best bet
