Hi all.

Just read a thread about footwell lights and found out I already had the wiring and just had to put bulbs in!!

I thought this was great and was just wondering if there is anything els I might already have wiring for??

    Ambient lighting, powerfold mirrors, cruise control. Unfortunately none of those are plug & play though - require activation using specialist kit.

    Speaking of which, can anyone aquire Ford's IDS and VCM or is it only qualified techs/garages?

    It is obtainable through other means, but is pricey for someone that just wants it to play around on their own car.

    Red strip along top of glovebox and inside the cubby hold underneath your heater dials. The wiring is sometimes already there but doesn't have power until activated.

    And I'm sure i just pm'ed you about cruise control? If not how do I go about that?

    Anyone can buy ford ids but it's not cheap.
