Voice Activation Audio Problems

Featured Replies

Ever since my battery went flat and I had a new one put in, I have had the problem of my voice activation and phone audio only coming through my left back speaker. The CD player, radio and aux all work fine and have the audio working in the front speakers. I have tried to change the balance of the audio when on the phone but it won't change. When I am talking to someone through the bluetooth, I now only hear their voice slightly through the back left hand speaker. Not sure what to do. Please help.

There are two rhings you can try which will do no harm.

First try a reset as per Nathan's guide here:-

Secondly try the latest Ford update by USB stick by downloading from here:-

Can't promise but if it is an odd corrupted file then one of these may work.
