mogwai
I am just in the process of getting a new car as I am at the end of my current Options agreement. I have been down to the dealer I got it from to see what they would offer me and for the spec below they have offered £7,500 Fiesta Titanium 3dr 1.6 60 plate (October 2010) Midnight Sky Titanium X Pack Full Dress up Kit. 2,200 Miles. I was expecting the offer to be at least £8,500 as this is what I got for my first fiesta with the same spec. What do you guys think of this figure? Stoney871
Do a text check on your car. You get all the info you will already know but they also chuck in a free valuation for private, trade in and dealer prices.
iNath
To give you something to compare it to this week I was offered £7,000 part-ex on my 1.6TDCi Zetec-S 10 plate with 45k miles.
mogwai
Just done the valuation on WhatCar.com and that suggests £8,300.
Marcr1
You'll never get top dollar for your car as you're on options they're potentially giving you more of a deposit for a new car... But tell them the price you've seen and haggle it out with them. May get a few more £££ :)
Marcr1
Could also try other garages for valuations?
