Damaging The Front Bumper For Fiesta Zetec S

Hiya

Does anyone know if the low part of the front bumper, which gets scuffed when you mount pavements, go up a steep drive, etc, is easily replaceable? Looking at it it seems detachable from the main bumper as it's connected by a few screws. There's also another low bit (black) further back which is also prone to getting scraped, which also seems detachable.

I haven't scuffed them myself but the previous owner did.

My car's white by the way so the front bit would need to be white.
