Fiesta Mk 6.5: Wireless Phone Use

Featured Replies

I have a 57 mk 6.5 fiesta and it had a phone button but i have tryed and tryed to link it up with my phone with no success, does anyone know how to do this if so hook a bruva up thanks :)

If the stereo does not have Bluetooth then it will not connect to your phone. A few people have presumed that the green and red phone symbols on the stereo mean that the phones can be connected, but it just mutes the stereo if receiving a call while sat in you car listening to music.....

The bluetooth modules are seperate from the radios.

If you can't find the car when scanning for devices then it's unlikely one is installed.

If Bluetooth isn't installed the phone button will just mute the stereo.

If you want bluetooth, I can recommend this:

I bought it for my car, its cheap but good quality, OK so you can either set your phone to autoanswer on bluetooth, or just press the button on the bluetooth, its clear to hear and speak, and works really well. I just press the mute button on the stereo, then just tell the phone to answer, and away it goes :)
