    Not really got anywhere to be honest my insurance sent out an accident repair specialist to look at the car all he wanted to do was to get an estimate to write it off he ruled out mechanical break down Phoned me in the afternoon and wanted to give me 8 grand for my fiesta and just get me to sign it off my insurance told me I have to pursue ford as my car is still under warranty and ford tell me I have to go through insurance I spoke to the service manager at the ford I got it from and all they do is refer to main customer services which is no help do yeah feels like I'm banging my head against a wall x
