How long should I be running it for and what speed for it to do a full regeneration cycle on the dpf filter I normally do 1motorway trip a week 26 miles each way at a constant 70mph but I'm starting to wonder if this is enough

    More than enough IMO I do less and have never had a problem.

    Sounds fine to me.

    You know if it's not enough as the fan will be coming on during short trips as the engine tries to overheat itself and burn off the deposits.
