Fiesta Headlight Lense

Featured Replies

The headlight lense on my Fiesta has suffered stone damage. Can I just replace the lense or do I have to change the whole unit?

It's a W reg June 2000. Mk5?

Usually to just change a lens involves un-bonding sealant and fiddly/fragile clips.

You may well find that lenses by themselves aren't even available.

I think your easiest and best option is to go for a new lamp unit.

Took the procedure from the last post. Only took half hour to do the job. Not worth even thinking about changing the lense.

So you swapped the light units out?

Hopefully i was some help. :)

Yes thanks your post made me decide to go that way. The outfit the unit came from were pretty good. Ordered and delivered in about 36 hours.
