57 Plate Fiesta 1.6 Tdci White Smoke?

i have a 57 plate fiesta 1.6 tdci that has suddenly produced light white smoke mostly on idle. i also noticed a diesel smell and around the injector on the far left as viewed from the front there is a oily black mess. i realise this is a leaking injector seal and needs replacing. do i have to replace all the seals on all 4 injectors? and is this the cause of my white smoke or is this another problem?

    White smoke is unburnt diesel being chucked out the exhaust. I would replace all 4 seals. I would also have the injectors checked for leaking. How many miles has the car done?
