1. setup will be from headers to muffler (Flowmaster dBX series) will be straight exhaust pipe (2 inch) with no resonator.

-now....with resonator or no resonator?

2. should i go with CAI with bypass valve or RAM intake (im saving enough money to buy AEM ^_^)

Tech lingo much? What your describing is a straight through exhaust system which what looks like a cat on the end of your manifold in the pic, keep the k&N, when you mention muffler do you mean mid box or backbox? Also i have no idea what a resonator is.

A ram intake is best if your not planning on having an intercooler, straight ram through to filter, into engine intake

Think he's meaning a back box for the muffler, and one of those mid-boxes for a resonator. Either way, a well designed system won't loose anything by having back boxes and resonators and should keep the sound down. If you wan't it loud, go for a straight pipe but they are very loud, I have one on my Classic Mini and it's stupidly loud.

resonator is the center section of the exhaust that reduce the noice.

regarding the muffler mid box (chambered)

That looks more like a shrouded Cat. Either way I'd go with the straight pipe.
