Know Its Unlikely But Fg09 Uny. Do You Own This Car?

Featured Replies

This is the registration of the fiesta I had and I am just interested if anyone on here owns it now.

Just curiosity.

Haha I have wondered where my previous cars may have ended up!

Maybe should start a thread with old registrations!

I always see mine driving around. Weird seeing it :P

You can check on the DVLA to see if your old cars are still taxed:

I know where my old cars are... my Punto was scrapped, and my Mk7 Fiesta is being driven by my mum... but I have looked at cars that have been in the family on there to see if they are still around!

Ahh nice! I do fear as to whether when I see those category d's etc on ebay if they'd have a recognisable registration on them!

Im worried that it was resold as it was unsafe thats why it was returned and the company admitted to knowing about it when they sold it but not the severity of it so I think theyd sell it on without fixing it to someone who didnt know it wasnt supposed to do what it was doing as my dad was certain it was nothing to worry about.

Thanks for the link but I dont understand what ive got does this mean it has tax?

Thats what I thought. I wish there was a way of finding out and telling them. Hopefully the garage did the right thing and fixed it first.

The DVLA will only release details of the registered keeper if they believe you have good reason to it and pay them a fee.

Wonder if I could tell them and theyd pass it on haha

An '09' plate car unsafe ? In what way was it unsafe ? Just curious as it seems awfully new to be unsafe and mine is an 09 car.

I don't know the ins and out but it was something to do with faulty drive shafts I didn't deem it unsafe a garage did.

Yay my old Matiz is still going :P despite being a deathtrap.

My old cars all seem to get written off after I sell them!!!! Guess that happens when you have boy racer cars lol!

Unlike my cars that are written of when I sell them for scrap I'm just unlucky hit an oil patch then lamppost in my punto the corsa fell apart on its own when the sub frame rotted that was the end of that hit black ice then a tree in the a mk1 focus and it survived but had bent the chassis so that was the end of that. Mk2 focus should still be going first car I sold still in tip top condition

I'm surprised you walked away... Puntos are made from tin foil!
