I recently bought a fiesta zetec 06 plate. I was given two keys, I've lost the remote key (the one with the three buttons) but I still have the spare key (just a plane key with a blue thing on top that says w1) is there any way I can get a remote key again without paying over 200 quid? (Dealers price)

    If its like ford of old then you should be able to buy the remote from eBay or similar outlet then a blank key and get it cut. There will be some sort of random sequence to follow to program the remote
