Should The Sony Stereo Display Work As A Straight Swap?

Hi guys, just fitted the Sony Stereo/head unit and it definitely sounds better.

One thing though, the stereo I bought off eBay also included the Sony screen. Is there any reason it shouldn't work? I tried fitting it but it doesn't seem to work at all. I don't know if it's faulty or just that it won't work with my car.

Anyone got any idea or fitted a screen too?

    I'll have to contact the seller then.

    I thought I would check incase the car is not compatible with the Sony screen.
