Widest Sidelight Bulb Possible On A Mk7?

Featured Replies

Hey, seen some fancy ole sidelight bulbs on fleabay that look better than the ones I have, just I can't remember how wide the ones in now are, does anyone happen to know what the widest possible bulb can be that'll fit in?

Seen 10mm and 20mm ones, I have a feeling mine are 16mm but not 100% sure, and don't want to have to resort to pulling my lights to bits if I can avoid it, also don't want to buy the bulbs because it's £54.99 for them, although there are 10 :P

Thanks!

They are about 14mm on the mk7 so 10mm one will easy fit but will probably make them harder to refit

Ah, maybe it was 12mm the one's I have in :P just want some with SMD's for a better lit headlight unit really.
