Warranty Question

Featured Replies

I have a 2006 Focus that is still within its warranty till December 2009, I noticed that the N/Side head light now has condensation behind the lens cover. I called my local Ford Dealer who said that this wouldn't be covered under the warranty and I would have to pay for it myself! Does anyone know if this is true or even if someone has come across this problem before.

Sorry this is in the wrong section, just me and my daft fingers! oops

the three year warrenty only covers engine and gearbox, everything else is classed as trim and not covered. had the same problems with ford when my alloy wheels started to corrode at 14 months old. all you can do is make your feelings know to ford customer services on 0845 841 1111.( i now know the number of the top of my head used it so many times)
