Hi all a few weeks ago my courtesy light would not work so try to free it with WD spray and some others but with know joy. and has the switch is a microswitch incorporated into the door lock and are not available separatey. It was off to ebay and got a lock assembly for £26. so i set about fitting it this weekend which is a bigger job then i first thought as you have to take the window glass out, sorry i have not got pics of the door apart but when i looked in the bottom of the door i found this piece of plastic post-21853-0-95276400-1359918902_thumb.j I could not see were it come from so put the second hand part on, so later on that night i took the broken one apart and this is where it goes post-21853-0-42508600-1359919197_thumb.jpost-21853-0-95617500-1359919214_thumb.jpost-21853-0-02074200-1359919229_thumb.jpost-21853-0-31875900-1359919241_thumb.j

the last pic is of the lock assembly as it come off ebay.

so if your Courtesy light switches stop working and you find this in the bottom of the door now you know where it goes.
