Anybody Put On 14" Alloy's Onto Their Mk7 Fiesta?

Featured Replies

Did it look good?

after my pothole experience, i'm kinda annoyed with the low profiles, even after having to buy a new alloy, tyre, tie rod & track rod end i got my car MOT'd today, there's an advisory on the read passenger side wheel being damaged

so i'm looking at 14" wheels from here with 65 profile tyres so hopefully it'll have a bit more protection for the alloy

Please don't swear.

50 profiles will be enough, just slap those on the 16's and recalibrate the speedo for about 40 quid.

where would i get the speedo recalibrated? easy enough job?

apologies for the wee sweary word

I'd think Ford could do it, or ring around locally really.

Or go for 15" alloys with the 50 profile tyre then no calibration required!

i did think about the 15" & 50 profile that they wouldn't change the speedo,

as i probably need another wheel, i'll need to think on what i'll do.

cheers for the info
