Indicator Noise

Featured Replies

Just a quick one, at 30 mph if you flick on the indicators you can clearly hear the soft tone to let you know they are on, but at higher speeds (eg motorway) you can't hear anything (which isn't a problem for me as I pay attention to the flashing light on the dash!) - are they that quiet?

Mine certainly are!

I didn't even knew they made a noise until I had my radio off one day!

you should try a Toyota - even quieter.

Couldn't har hear mine on the motorway at all! Blessing in disguise.

When on the motorway, I just use the lane changer indicators anyway (The one where you only lift the indicator stalk lightly and it flashes three times). Does the lane changer mode even make a noise?

Yep that makes the same soft tone.
