Just bought a Focus 2001 saloon and this is my first post here, so sorry if this query has been asked before ( did a quick search before hand).

I wonder if someone could tell me why the windscreen symbol and the No.3 blower speed setting is highlighted in a different colour from the other symbols..

The owners handbook doesn`t seem to explain ..

    Believe it's to tell you the best settings for demisting. The temp setting is also coloured the same on the hot end as well isn't it?
