Problems

Hi,

I am new and i really need some help.

My car has in the past has been jerking only every now and then when accelerating, its serviced every 6 months due to the amount of miles i have do for work. Its 58 plate and has done 87k . I have a fietsa 1.4 TDCI. I have since has the injector seals done and now the car jerks even more when accelerating.

I have been told by Bristol Street that the fuel filter does not need changing (it was changed in summer last year).

Does anyone know what this could be?

Any help would bemost appreciated.

H

First thing I would replace is the fuel filter. I would take the car to a diesel specialist NOT Bristol Street Monkeys!

The fuel filter should be changed every 6k or every year whichever comes first.

They crud up very quickly and can cause all manner of running problems.
