Issue With Rear Brake/wheel?

My 06 focus estate has started to make a wheel bearing type clicking noise from the nearside rear wheel/brake that matches road speed if you get what i mean!? it doesnt do it all the time and stops when i brake, so i am guessing that the brake is sticking somehow.

Has anyone else had this problem?

    Check for silly things like a pebble in the tread, or a discreet nail. Get the car up on the jack and rotate the wheel, if the noise persists, then look at bearing, if it doesnt, then check for a more discreet object in the tread
