Featured Replies

hi

as a newbie on here i would like to say hello to the smartest people, smart because you have love for the

best car maker in the world.

now on to business, i have a focus 1.6 zetech se that is driving me mad, i have not long owned it and it is giving me problems, a week ago the engine managment light came on, eobd said maf and shift posision censore, after replacing both and having the codes reset i now have the same rough tick over as before and a song like exhausting in to the air inlet, could this be a vaulve or problem with the head i ask, all my findings say the eobd is being set off by an internal machanical fault, if its exhausting through the air intake that will set the maf off, does anyone have any other ideas.
