im thinking of retro fitting a auto dim rear view mirror to my 2011 fiesta zetec, i did this in my previous car a 2003 focus , it was a simple 2 wire conection earth and 12v from the sidelights , im thinking of the titanium mirror , has anyody done this and is it the same simple mod to fit im thinking of taking the feed from the the interior light that has the orange led sidelights they do come on with the ignition but if the mirror has a daylight sensor on the front of the mirror then it will only activate in the dark anyway.
