B Pillar Rattle

Featured Replies

Hi Guys,

Wonder if anyone can help, I have a rattle/vibrating noise coming from the top of the B Pillar (pillar in between front and rear doors). This only seems to happen on bumpy or un even surfaces. The vehicle is a 2013 Focus 1.0 Ecoboost.

Has anybody expirenced this, on a similar vehicle and found a cure, as it's most annoying in the drivers ear!! Did take to dealer but ofcourse the noise disappeared when they did a road test!

Thanks Guys.

If they won't entertain your quiery then your just gonna have to get hands on, and strip that mother down. I know if it was me, it would be in pieces on the hunt for the offending article. But with a car this age, would be better if Ford would just take your word for it, and sort the job
