Misted Fog Light Help

Featured Replies

Hi ive just noticed one of my front fog lights is very misted ?

focus 2008 mk2.5

any suggestions

cheers

I think most lights, fog, head etc have little rubber tubes on them to allow a little air flow to stop this, it may be worth checking to see if they are on and if they are blocked. also it may be worth haveing a look round the lens seal to see if there are any gaps, if so or just for peace of mind you could go round the seal with a thin skim of silicone.

Take the fogs off and use a hair dryer on the warmest setting aim through the hole to the lens and just leave it blowing until the mist evaporates!

Hope this helps worked for me and on head lights !! :-D
