Hi all

Really hoping you can help me out here.

Does anyone know what less cooling pack means? Im trying to replace my cooling fan as the bearing has gone but i dont really want to pay £260 that ford wants for a new one.

Ive found one on ebay. the number matches what is on mine but when it tells you to make sure it matches your vehicle it says it will fit a 1.6 petrol with air con less cooling pack. The number im matching it to is this: 8v51-8c607-af.

My car is a 2009 1.6 zetec s with manual air con.

    If the numbers match then you're fine.

    IIRC the cooling pack refers to a refrigerated glove box, that is a vent fitted into the glove box to direct cool air from the AC unit, anyone know any different?
