Mk7 Fiesta Using A Mk6 Manifold/downpipe?!

Featured Replies

I've purchased a new straight-through centre section for my mk7 (2008 model, one of the first new shape) However it doesnt fit, where it should bolt onto the downpipe doesnt exist on my current system, instead it goes up with flexi pipe and joins the cat high near the engine.

The exhaust I have is 100% for the mk7, yet the manifold/downpipe is wrong on my car. Is it possible early mk7's used mk6 parts!?

Please help !

Can anyone have a look under their Mk7 and tell me what they have where the silencer joins the downpipe?
