Fiesta 56 Gear Problem

Hi,

I have 56 plate fiesta and from time to time I cant put my car into,1st gear when ever I put it into neutral it seems incredibly difficult to get the car into 1st gear? Anyone come across the same issue ?

    When the engine is off does it go into gear easy?

    How low is the biting point on the clutch and does it do it any other gear?

    No it's just the 1st gear only I had a full service the other week and they said everything is fine. Literately it's when I put the car on neutral in traffic and then tries to put 1st gear in that's when it happens.
