Snapped Front Coil Spring

Hi all

Hoping you can help me again. After replacing a failed cooling fan I now have a new problem. A snapped front coil spring.

I need to buy a new pair to fit. The car is a 2009 fiesta zetec s with the 17" wheels. Now I'm guessing this will have the lower suspension. But I wanted to be sure before I buy.

I rang ford and they tapped my reg number in but couldn't tell me what specific springs I need.

So my question is as above really do you reckon I need the springs for lowered suspension. Is there any way to find out???

    you will just need the springs for a zetec s.

    google eurocar parts, they will supply you the right ones. and remember to fit a pair for safety reasons

    I've been on that site and I put my number plate in and it comes up with two front springs. One says its for cars with a lowered chassis. The other doesn't mention anything. I may ring them later on to see if they can advise me further

    Im fairly sure the zetec s comes on 30mm lower than standard springs
