FOCA Posted May 17, 2013 Share Posted May 17, 2013 My dad always used to say not to brake hard in the 1st 100 miles, and nicely bedded-in brakes work better/ last longer, , i don't think its as important as it once was, with modern pad materials now- and its just a question of getting the "balance" right. i think you just have to build them up progressively, over a good few miles, depending on the type of driving you do 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
