De Tango Problem

I have de tango'd my lights however there are some pieces stuck on the edge of the light making it look tacky... any suggestions how to get these out?

drivers side lamp there are two big pieces

passenger side there is a small piece (hardly visible) not too fussed about this one however would be nice to get it out
