has anyone fitted these?

ive had a look under the bumper and have found that the connectors are there so i just require the light units, and possibly a fuse and relay and a switch,

but can anyone confirm this? also does anyone know how to remove the current parts that are in the fog light gaps in the bumper? i think they push out from the rear but cant figure out how

Everything you need. You need to change the headlight switch which is meant to be a bit of a nightmare. Looking at the New front bumper ive got the inserts just push in although there is a couple of holes that might be meant for screws :/ not too sure

thanks for the reply dan, i found them, but i also found the st lamps (same page), which she likes the look of, its a little more expensive but the i think the spot lights will fix to the bezels which look nicer than the 1s above

unless they are completely not compatible i.e need an st front bumper etc

those are the lights she likes but it does say they are not compatible with the "two tone" bumper design do you know what that design looks like?

Post a picture of her bumper and ill tell you which ones will fit cause they ARE different I was abit gutted cause the ones you posted wont fit mine but my bodykit front skirt wont fit the other bumper

Basically the ones I posted fit the mk6 02-05 and the ones youve posted fit the mk6.5 05-08

Yeah mate she needs the ones that I sent you the link to unfortunately the fog light inserts are a completely different shape

If you look at the two pictures you'll see all three bumper inserts are different shape on the two bumpers aswell as the grill at the top of the bumper below the bonnet lid

Yes mate as long as the plugs are there that kit comes with everything you need. The hardest bit is changing that headlight switch! Lol

ace, really does it not push out from the back like the focus?

Im not sure havent done it myself yet but ive been reliably informed its a pain in the cahoots lol

ohrte, will have a look, i no the side panel comes off and you can get quite gd access behind there (thats where the wring for the igniton ring is)

Im pretty sure theres a couple of screws. Im changing my switch to the blue illuminated one soon so ill let you know if I do it before you lol
