Hi guys,

I'm having trouble with my car, basically it turns over but wont start.

This problem began when I got it back from the Ford garage on Thursday of this week. I had it booked in for 2 new tyres, but when I went to pick the car up they told me they had done a free health check..... I didn't even know, or want them to mess about with my car.

So, before Thursday, I used to turn they key and after a second it started. EVERYTIME. But when I started it on Thursday after the new tyres and "Free health check" in the Ford garage car park it took a while before it started, I knew something was wrong but I thought nothing of it.

I didn't use it on Friday and I came to start it this morning and it just won't start.

So, I am wondering if this has happened to anyone before, and what can I do? Can I ring them and get them to fix it free because basically, they have done something to my car. I'm so angry with them. Any advice guys?

    Contact the garage ASAP and tell them exactly what you told us. They should have a list of actions carried out with the health check and for me, this is no coincidence and they should sort it without arguing unless they are con artists lol
