Sony 6 Cd Problem

Hi all, My focus has got the Sony 6CD radio. It's having trouble ejecting CDs. It works fine when use the "eject all" function, but when I try to eject individual discs it try's for a minute then comes up with "CD drive fault.

Has anyone else had this?

    I havent seen this but if you disconnect the power from the stereo and the disc changer, then try again?

    This is a popular fault with mondeos sony 6cd models, from what i have read, they say only put 5cds in, the 6th one seems to bugger up the system.

    I've only got 4 cds in at the moment.

    One thing i have noticed is if you eject them in order they work ok, (start on disc 1, eject, then 2 so on)
