Focus Cc Roof Problem

Featured Replies

My mum has just been quoted £1400 for a replacement motor for her roof mechanism on her 2006 Focus CC.

Now the information above is vary vague, but the fault has been communicated to myself by text message from my Mum.

Any pointers on any fixes for the CC roof?

theres no fixes mate its a new motor im afraid either second hand or new the focus cc had many issues with the roof hence most steered clear of them if you look at the link you can get a second hand part for around £250 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ford-Focus-CC-convertible-hard-top-Roof-motor-pump-hydraulic-2009-/370822982530

before going for a new motor check for any signs of an oil leak as the seals are well known for perishing.
