Error Cd Player

Featured Replies

Hi

I got an fiesta 2011 model,using ford audio .

All was ok until recently.i put my favorite cd back in the player and then isnt working.just got an "no cd"

After severals tries,i got my cd again, until now,it was stuck in the cd player.

Now,my wife put an cd into the player.again no cd error, then when i start the car,i got an "error cd player" which is displayed.i cant have my cd anymore now.

Ford tells me that the only way is to unmount all the audio system and sens it to england(i live in France) and it Will vost me at least something like 150....

Anyone got an idea ?

I wanted to unplug the battery for something like 10mn for resetting it,but i dont find an audio code for the audio(maybe none is required)?)

Thanks for your help

There isn't a code so you could always try that :)
