Where To Buy A New Plastic Gearstick Insert?

Recently my rear view mirror decided to unstick, fall down and land on my gearstick, cracking the little insert in half.

Does anyone know where I can buy a replacement one? I don't need a whole gearstick, just the little plastic part with the gear markings on!

I've tried eBay and a few local scrapyards, but have so far had no luck!

It's for a Mk4 Fiesta.
