Hi guys,

I am potentially buying a 2006 Fiesta with the 1.6 Litre diesel engine in. I've heard its a bit of an unpopular / unreliable engine. The car in question has a failed head gasket.

I've done loads of head gaskets before but only on BMW engines and only petrol.

Does anyone know of anything I need to watch out for with this engine, or diesels in particular when it comes to changing the head gasket?

Any knowledge or tips would be great guys :)
