Hi folks ive seen the previous threads on here about this product and really want one but 2 issues i have currently:

1. will this even fit my stereo (ford single disc non dab unit with 3.5mm jack aux in)
2. where the hell do you get them from ive trawled the net and rang round all 3 of my local ford dealers and none even know it exists

Any help guys id really appreciate it

1 Yes, it is designed to fit Ford head units that don't have USB connectivity - fitting one adds USB connectivity

2 Not sure where you get them but here is more about it and how to fit it from our own very own favorite Ford website -

Or you can buy a head unit with aux and USB input for less than £20! -

In the various other threads there is a post of mine with a FINIS number for the 6000cd range in the focus and fiesta etc...

It's labelled as a cable assembly on ECat and microcat... That may be why the dealers can't find them.

thanks guys i used the guide link to get the part number of the box and googled that tracked it down to a ford parts site and got it all delivered for 84 quid.

i found that most places called it a cable assembly too!
