    Bear in mind it would need bonding onto the car,tigerseal or such like.It has scratches underneath,but not at all noticable when on the car.

    I can provide pics and it is in Frozen White.

    Could a normal car body shop not fit it on? and will the scratches come out if resprayed to panther black?

    Yeah,I doubt there will be any problems with a body shop sorting it out for you.
